Thailand

On my way home from Nepal, I made a quick stop in Thailand, and found paradise.

Ko Phi Phi.

This is where The Beach was filmed. It is a magical place.

This is a really awful photo, and doesn't even come close to showing how beautiful it was here, but you get the idea. Unfortunately I didn't have any camera battery left. It really is paradise. I know you've seen photos of this spot in magazines. There photo's give you a better idea of its beauty.

Railey Bay.

This might be my favorite place I've been to. Everyone always asks where my favorite place to go is. This is definitely up there. I'd heard of it before, then my great friend Traci told me to go, and I was sold. I only spent a day, but fell in love. It's an adventurer's paradise. Amazing, large cave like cliff's surrounding the entire bay. Rock climber's hidden throughout the walls. A perfect white sand beach placed in between. It's an amazing little beach surrounded by cliffs in all directions. You take a boat and then a little hike in to get to the beach. Pretty cool.

The cliffs in the background surround my favorite beach in the area. You hike through the trees up closer to get there. I don't have pictures of over there because of lack of camera that day. Yet you get the point. This is definitely a place I want to head back to soon. If you don't like climbing or similar activities. This won't be as amazing to you, but there will be similar places in Thailand that I'm pretty sure you'd find to be your paradise and better suited for you.

Either way. I can't wait for when I get the chance to go spend some real time in Thailand.
