Zion

The second school got out I got all my errands done and headed to Vegas for Kevin's week of finals. We celebrated him being done with his first year of medschool by heading to Zion to do Pinecreek with some of his school friends. We have been to Zion a lot together so it was fun starting off the summer that way.

There were six of us in the group. We didn't even spend the night in Zion. We drove down from Vegas for the day and then headed back to Vegas again afterwards to sleep at Kevin's place.

I'm surprised he was willing to go even though he was so exhausted from finals, but I'm really glad we went.

Pinecreek is one of the prettiest canyoneering canyons, especially for how easy it is to get to and go through. It's a great beginner canyon that is extremely accessible. It is really pretty because it is such a tight slot canyon in spots and can get so dark.

The next day we packed Kevin up for the summer and then we headed to Arizona for the next week to hang out with Michelle and Aaron and all my family that was there.
