Kevin had to apply for his rotations in other states, and the programs didn't all line up perfectly. Luckily for us that meant we had a week off between our month in Fort Worth, and our month in Tucson. It just so happened that my parents were going to Maui that week, so we tagged along for a few days of it! We were just getting in some extra time with our soon to be new home!
