Scotland

Edinburrrrgh.

My short trip to Scotland started out with a rugby team from Ireland on our flight yelling Ediburrrgh through out the flight. One of the really annoying boys was clicking his seat belt non-stop. A really great start at 5 in the morning.

Luckily, even though I was super tired and unenthusiastic, Edinburgh was everything I could imagine and more. It is one of my favorite cities I've ever been to. This picture doesn't completely explain its greatness but it gives a slight example. The city has streets with buildings all the same color that all have been aged in the same ways. It gives the city a gothic type look. It's amazing. The architecture is very beautiful.

We hung out with William Wallis while we were there. We had a real good time.

Many people told us to go on nature walks while we were in Ireland and Scotland. Thanks for those tips. It was so beautiful there, and on a nice day, nothing is more enjoyable. It's a nice contrast to the cities, which are great as well. It's always good to see every aspect of things.

One of the many cool buildings that we found. Edinburgh isn't a super big city anyways, but the main street leading up to Edinburgh castle is one of the coolest city streets I've seen. I highly recommend it. I loved the Gothic feel of it. Make sure to see it at night, it really adds to the feel.

I'd say Scotland was definitely a success. I'm excited to go back and spend more time next time that I'm in Europe.
